Filfest at TownCenter is a cultural festival event created with the intent to celebrate and showcase the Filipino heritage with the city of Virginia Beach through food, culture, and entertainment.

Our intent is to provide a family friendly event that will provide opportunities for education, business and entertainment through intergenerational, community-based efforts.  Family, food, and fun is our theme at Filfest!
