EVENT 2: CSDFEA Members’ Group Workout @ Convention Center (Oct. 14)

Health of its members is important to CSDFEA and one of our priorities is to continue to provide members the opportunity to participate in group fitness activities. The CSDFEA Members’ Group Workout @ Convention Center is an early morning walk and workout at the Convention Center and Embarcadero. Participants will complete a brisk walk up the Convention Center stairs to the Embarcadero. We will do a brisk walk past Seaport Village, the Navy Pier, the Star of India, and the County Administration Center (CAC) and will turn back once we pass the CAC. Along the way, we will make multiple stops for various bodyweight exercises such as push-ups, squats, pull-ups, static hangs, wall walks, planks, box jumps/step-ups and abs exercises. Beginners are welcome and exercises will be tailored/modified for each person’s ability. Whether you are coming off the couch or just finished your best triathlon time, all movements will be scaled to your ability.

This event is open to CSDFEA members and their family &friends only. More information will be provided to those who RSVP.
