Everfest’s Take
Founded in 2006, the family-friendly Adobo Festival in Union City, California, is a culinary and cultural celebration that showcases the Filipino community and the popular dish that the festival is named after. The two-day engagement features live musical performances from Filipino artists, adobo cooking contests and demos, a children’s sing-off and over 100 vendors.
