The Philippine Disaster Relief Organization invites kababayan and friends to the 1st Annual Golf Tournament fundraiser on May 9, 2015 at the Lakewood Country Club (3101 Carson St., Lakewood, CA 90712; (562) 429-9711). The $100 fee includes green fees, carts, range balls, raffle, snacks and a reception. Registration at 8 a.m., start time at 10 a.m. sharp. Win prizes for closest to putting pin, longest drive and Hole in One. Proceeds will benefit PeDRO projects in the Philippines and the United States. Deadline to register is April 20, 2015.
