Let’s get “Super Cala Fantalistic” w/ Culturally Infused Foods…. Join Chef Instructor, Trenica Ashley as we go for a Whimsical World of cooking, with authentic Thailand and Filipino infused dishes! Along with the cool, down to earth Chef, as she puts a spin on teaching creative dishes!

What to Expect:

* Class time is approximately 2 to 2.5 hours

* You will be working in groups of 2-3

* Hands on beginners to advance experience, limitation of 14 people

* Wear comfortable shoes and clothing

Chef Trenica Ashley , one of the coolest, sweetest chefs around. Her passion and love for food, family, and people is rooted deep within her. A native "NOLA girl" (New Orleans, LA) born and raised in the most vibrant cities in the US. When you hear New Orleans you hear "I LOVE that place!!!", which is everything that describes this FUN chef! Chef Trenica Ashley has gone from the eccentric science world to becoming a free spirit food loving fame. Trenica is a private and personal chef, catering to Houston's elite professionals, surrounding areas and a several celebrities, to mention for over 5 years. She has worked with many other esteem Chefs to continuing evolving herself to learning the new wave of culinary as it changes. She has participated in cooking competitions, one to one cooking parties/classes and 3 and more course dinners. Her heart, love, and passion for food & people shows in every dish she personally prepares. A smile that lights up a room, Chef Trenica has evolved from a dusting of chopped parsley at the beginning, to intricate plate display. - "Simplicity has always bee the key for me. A little salt and pepper goes a long way. People should do what they love, and love what they EAT!"
