Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Altadena, CA presents “A Voice in the Wilderness: The Life of St. John the Baptist” on Sunday, December 14, 2014 at 6:00pm (2889 N Lincoln Ave, Altadena, CA 91001). Written by Dr. Ramon Sison Geluz, the multi-awarded composer and librettist of “Karim at Jasmin,” the first original Filipino musical opera which toured in the US, the 90-minute gospel musical will captivate audiences throughout the whole performance. A combination of Dr. Geluz’s creative artistry, phenomenal orchestration, and in collaboration with the high caliber musical talents of MANAHAN MUSICA and cast members from the Sacred Heart Church community, “A Voice in the Wilderness” promises to be a truly memorable and glorifying experience.
