SIPA hosts halloween carnival in Los Angeles

SIPA is having its Halloween Carnival once again! Come by on Halloween, Wednesday, October 31 from 5-9 p.m. for some spooky fun! Children and families can have fun with our bouncy house, games, arts and craft booths, food, performances, and Haunted House! Candies and treats will be given to attendants! Open to all. Admission is free. Booths and attractions may cost some money. We accept cash, card, or venmo. The address is 3200 W. Temple Street, LA, CA 90026 at the Robinson St. and Temple St. parking lot.
