Seaport District NYC’s Food Lab featuring Chef Dale Talde
Time:
Description
This summer, master chefs from across the country are arriving at the Seaport Food Lab, each giving New York a taste of their culinary mastery with exclusive two-week residencies. Beginning September 10, Renowned Chef Dale Talde will be plating up dishes from his successful self-titled restaurant group ‘Talde’, as well as never-before-seen collaboration plates with guest chefs Michael Toscano (Le Farfalle, Charleston) and Beau Schooler (The Rookery Cafe, the Taqueria, New York). Talde, who is famous for his creative takes on contemporary Asian flavors including Thai, Vietnamese, Japanese and Filipino, will be serving savory and sweet dishes, such as watermelon and crispy papaya salad, coconut bread with chicken liver mousse, Thai fried chicken, fried dirty rice, and an unbelievable Brooklyn black cake.
Talde’s residency runs through September 23, and seatings can be booked for 7:00pm, 7:15pm, 7:30pm, and 7:45pm nightly. The signature menu will change three times over the course of Talde’s stay, and tickets can be purchased for $100 per head.
